yeah you can make a NEW account for epic games via vpn and buy cheap vbucks that way

but as most people who wanna buy vbucks already have an account with skins noone is freely giving their old one away just for some vbucks

You could just contact support and ask for your country to be changed too, I see no reason for them not doing it besides them ignoring 99% of the support tickets.
