Windows latest update gone to shit

Wtf happened to the latest Windows build??

All of my games have lowered fps and my laptop can handle the games just fine..
60fps stable all of the time before, now irritating 45 fps..

I googled and saw that this update did that, do you guys have the same issues?

On build 1803, W10 pro and no, I won't downgrade to another build/update.. the last time I did that Windows just forced the update.

Still using Windows 7 and have no problems.

Backup yer shit and downgrade back to Windows 7.

Reinstall all your shit n' get good FPS and celebrate the best OS ever is almost 9 years old.

Likely the cause isn't windows update. Have you tried confirming this? Uninstall the specific update, check your temps to make sure theres no thermal throttling.

Have confirmed. Went back to an older update: fps went fine

Windows forced the new fucking update and now I have bad fps again.. fuck me right? Searched for fixes, did them and it's still not better

I searched your update and found no related information about this. Seems weird a random update would cause a 15 fps drop when gaming. I'd make certain there isn't something faulty perhaps installed by the update. Could be hardware acceleration, could be your gpu software, could be the drivers themselves getting rolled back or updated to current driver that has issues with your card.

There are so many potential causes it's hard to specifically say what it is without more information.

I have updated my laptop and have no noticed and FPS drops on new build of Windows 10.

I hate Automatic updates they are kinda forcing the update on you.
I believe they strategically lower the performance according to their business needs.

How to disable updates on windows 10:-

1. Start--->> Run
2. Enter gpedit.msc and hit ENTER.
3. Go to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update.
4. Double click "configure auto updates" and disable that shit down.

All updates are shit tho

Exactly.
And even better will be downgrading to Windows 7. Solves alot of issues.
