if you choobs want to know why we can't do it with rez mod. well, read the next paragraphs,

Things like damage, explosions, recoil, and projectiles(as in, you can make laws shoot grenades like the m32, or an AR shoot a missile.) are all inside of ATTRIBUTES.rez,

ATTRIBUTES.rez contains some weird file types. window's reckonizes them as .txt, or text documents, but they are something different i believe.

they contain encrypted text. that's not so easy to crack,

i've tried translators, manual translation, nothing matches up. no ones managed to crack it that i know of, in fact i believe the forbidden VIP hacks that make knives air strikes and ETC have little do with these encrypted files. they are something totally different.

The way they would do it in VIP hacks is change how the engine takes in the model of the selected weapon. For example, they might change the engine so that the name for the M9 files (.ltb, .rez, attributes) would be that of an M32.

You can't do that unless you are really pro, which I doubt any of us are.
