Help with cheat engine 5.3!!!!

plz help i am trying my first hack on the cheat engine with the ammo and for some reason everytime i find the value and change the bullet number it changes to the +990 of the ammo and then it changes back........ can you help me?

u know how to use a dissasembaler and assmerbaler?
