I guess it would have been easy enough to prove because I have the time log for my call to overstock and the email was send directly after and then I messaged him and said nvm don’t bother I did it and he said he’d just started on it lol. So all this is time documented. Just fucking lame honestly. But I get 3% if my next order (there won’t be a next) ��

Basically it comes down to his word against your word. You gaved him all the info to do a refund and you went ahead and did it yourself without him saying he won't do any part.

Exactly! I was going to use a refunder for an Apple order but they never responded in a timely manner so I went ahead and did it myself and it went through in less than an hour. Same with Best Buy. Why pay people for shit you can do yourself.

Well he also didn’t say he would do it which is the problem. I sent him info and didn’t hear anything for days. Meanwhile I’ve got a CC outstanding balance of like 3 grand. I don’t have time for that shit. I have the time I called and the time of the email was like 1 minutes after. Then I got the refund email and messaged him hey never mind and all the sudden he has time to message back “I just started it” and tries to act like he did shit and somehow it’s just a coincidence that they emailed me immediately after my phone call
