this is off subject but i saw when some1 replied to this post and said "My Ip is black listed" what does that mean?

your ip is on a blacklist, all ur accounts are getting banned...


btw answer t question...
make one on a proxy...
and play with proxy...

theres no way in hell you'll get banned without using a hack. so dont try to say you didnt use a hack. i bet you found an old hack and tried it and got banned. but to help you out make an account using firefox with a gmail account it always works for me.

To user with IP ban: You can still make an account. BUT there is a simple thing you must do before you can register. Download XeroBank Browser and then go to regester. This works becuse when you use it you will have a different IP every time you open the browser. It makes your actions completely anonymous.

I suggest that you both try something like that to register. Or use the proxy Idea.
