I've done hotels.com refunds before a couple times. I can do this for you guys. And can do paypal.
(Unless they changed their policies) the refunds are situational as they actually contact the hotels, so if it's some crummy family owned hotel then it's not certain.

Most of the time it's a pp dispute but some of the guys have failed.

Yeah, I am looking for someone also. The guy who use to do ubereats refund for me failed the paypal dispute. Will pay 20% also if you can fix it !
