Hello, If I wanted to resell a certain product or service from a person how would I make a thread on that would I have to first make a giveaway thread? Or how would it work I am bascailly reselling a service from someone else that isn't on here.

Assuming that you are buying bulk accounts to be resold, you would need to create a service giveaway here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=772057 . Completing the service giveaway will allow your thread and service to enter the marketplace. However there are thread requirements itself that you would need to follow. Just a reminder that by reselling whatever it is you are selling on here you will be responsible if anything goes wrong with the service and not the provider.
