Beagle vs Akita

Hello guys, looking to buy a dog. Which breed would you recommend between those two and why? What is the best one for beginners since i never had dog before. Wanna hear your opinions

I want to know generally which one would you take. Just don't compare characteristics between those two dogs.

Beagle is for soft children who don't know how real life will get

The type of Akita and Shibe you see all around the internet are some of the most expensive dog breeds.

I would definitely say Beagle.

Beagles are friendly, medium temperament. Akita's are not so friendly, but are good guard dogs. I wouldn't choose an Anika because I want a sweet, docile, friendly dogger with not too terribly much energy.

A beagle would be a good fit if you like those qualities.

But I have to recommend you just get a cat. Seriously. They are low maintenance, and a lot of cat needs are extremely loving, friendly, love to do trucks and be held.

Please consider finding a rescue. You can find them through your animal shelter, rescue associations, and you can search online. There's so many dogs that will never find a home, and you can often find a great deal on a "recycled" dog. ;-)

I got a Belgian Malinois but I wouldn't recommend anyone getting one

Beagle, if it's your first dog you'll probably lose control of your Akita. If anything I'd recommend a border collie as your first dog but if between the two then yeah choose the beagle.
