Mars Rover "Opportunity" is now dead after 15 years on the Mars
Opportunity the drone that was sent to the Mars in 2003 has been declared dead after almost 15 years of it being in operation on the red planet. The small rover has been without power for 8 months and the operation has been declared over by Thomas Zurbuchen in an event on Tuesday.
The robot has arrived in early 2004 and its mission was to hunt for any signs of water presence. But the rover wasn't alone, his twin called "Spirit" has arrived just a few weeks prior on the other side of the continent where it has the same mission as Opportunity.
Both robots were designed to be active for just 90 earth days to put things into perspective into how long it ran. It being active for almost 15 years was beyond any belief at the time, even though the robots build quality was very strong. The main issue the researchers had in mind was that the dust of the Mars would pile up and block the solar panels. The frequent storms however helped the rover and always removed the dust so that i was able to keep on going.
In its time on the red planet it went over 45 KM and found lots of evidence that huge masses of water must have existed on the now dry planet. Not just small rivers but bodies of water that are couple miles big. With its multitude of instruments the rover also showed that it was theoretically possible that life, even in a very simple form, could have existed on Mars.
Spirit died in 2010 as it was trapped in sand and couldn't get out to reorient its solar panels to get energy. Opportunity held out quite a while longer until the storm came in May 2018, due to the size of the storm and it blocking out all sunlight it made it impossible for the robot to charge with the panels and it went into hibernation mode but hasn't waken up from it since.
The scientists were waiting patiently for any sign of the robot and were constantly sending messages to him but nothing has come ever since.

The Pulwama Attack On All of Humanity
A suicide bombing attack on a C.R.P.F. (Central Reserve Police Force) convoy in Pulwama region of Jammu and Kashmir killed 40 CRPF paramilitary troopers on February 14, 2019. Jaish-e-Mohammad had claimed responsibility for the attack.

HIGHLIGHTS
1. At least 40 Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) paramilitary troopers were killed in the attack
2. Adil Ahmed Dar, 20, has been identified as the suicide bomber
3. The Indian government has already initiated a diplomatic offensive against Pakistan after the attack

BACKGROUND
Kashmir has become a hot zone since the year 2014 and there have been several deadly attacks on the soldiers. In the last five years, Jammu and Kashmir has witnessed a 93 per cent rise in death of security personnel. A chunk of these attacks have occurred in Pulwama region of J&K. Data released by the government showed that the Valley has been witnessing regular terror attacks in the past five years.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
The Pulwama terror attack occurred on February 14, 2019 when a 78-vehicle convoy was escorting over 2,500 CRPF jawans (Soldiers) from Jammu to Srinagar. At around 3:30 pm, a Mahindra Scorpio SUV, packed with 350 kilograms of explosives rammed into one of the buses belonging to the convoy on the National Highway 44 at Lethipora near Avantipora town.
The surprise attack instantly blew up the bus, killing at least 40 personnel of the 76th Battalion while others continue to battle for their lives; the injured were immediately moved to the army base hospital in Srinagar.

AFTERMATH
Over 45 countries including the US and China reacted to the dastardly attack on CRPF jawans. The United States not only condemned the attack but also attacked Pakistan for harbouring terrorists. It warned the nation to deny safe haven to terrorists or any terror outfits. Russian President Vladamir Putin sent condolences to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his counterpart President Ram Nath Kovind. France as well sent their condolences and extended support to combat terror networks and cut their funding to prevent such cross-border attacks. While China expressed condolences and condemned the act of terror, it still did not change its stance on Masood Azhaar, who is the founder of Jaish-e-Mohammed.
Support also poured in from Australia, European Union, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Maldives, Bangladesh and a host of other countries.

STEPS TAKEN
Soon after a high-level Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) meeting, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley declared that India is withdrawing "Most Favoured Nation" status to Pakistan.
The symbolic move will further cut trade ties between the two neighbouring nations. India has also launched a diplomatic offensive against Pakistan after the Pulwama terror attack. According to reports, India held a briefing for envoys of 25 countries including P5 nations, including US, China, Russia, UK and France.
Before the briefing, Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale summoned Pakistan High Commissioner to India Sohail Mahmood to his office and issued a very strong demarche over the attack.

PERSONAL NOTE
It has been a cowardly attack on the Jawans (Soldiers) of our country. While China still supporting pakistan on it's heinous act of crime and pakistani officials straight up refusing any hand in the suicide bombing, every other country has their eyes set on pakistan. Indians are willing to go to a full out war as even pakistan knows that India will be able to take over pakistan capitals in literal 5 minutes (Facts from the army reports depending on army positions and submarines stationed near pakistan). This has caused curfew in Jammu and Muslims are being targeted in these.

Heck I might give this one a go too. If you or your friends are more into story-telling games rather than the latest shooter, then chances are you're going to love Into the Breach. After switching from an iPhone 6s to a Pocophone F1 this December, I fully got to embrace again the warm feeling of owning an Android, a phone which lets me customize it for good. After looking for some games around, I found a game called Data Wing, AMAZING doesn't do it justice. The story was heart-warming and the game itself was pretty fun to play. Same goes for Into the Breach, which can be called a light-weight game, basically doesn't require a 1k$ PC to run, and it's definitely fun and feels so vintage to play. So yeah, if you're like me and spent Valentine's day watching Star Wars then give this game a go for the rest of February, I promise you, you're imaginary girlfriend won't be mad at you.

Trump's wall could be a virtual border patrolled by drones
You have definitely heard of "the wall" Trump talked about, but have you ever thought it could be a virtual barrier with surveillance drones? The drone allows for better communication and vision, and helps the Border Patrol identify different person. Last week, I talked about Sunflower's private security drones, and the CEO claims the virtual border "could be the 21st century solution to the problem of protecting borders". The US customs and border protection already have drones with wingspans of up to 66 feet in service, but more modern drones could decrease the size while retaining or even enhancing the ability for surveillance.
Trump's plan of said wall is to be 30 feet tall, made from steel and concrete. It's supposed to be "harder to clim than Mount Everest". However, his unsuccessful attempt to raise fund for the wall led to the longest government shutdown in history. The project suggest by Trump is expensive and time-consuming, that's why high-tech drones could be a better alternative. James Clyburn, a South Carlina Democrat, supported the idea. His virtual wall with the use of drones and sensor would be "too high to climb over, and too wide to go around, and too deep to burrow under".
Tactical Micro, a private security company, has already supplied the Border Patrol with trucks that has a camera that reaches 34 feet in the air to provide a six-mile radius view. Fortem Technology, another private company, has developped a tripod mounted radar that allows easy to access long range scan.
Although drones are really helpful in the Border Patrol, but some might feel like it offends their right to privacy. It is expected the project might receive many objection due to the nature of drones. However, the subject is unknow as more and more drones start patrolling the border.

Drake - So Far Gone 10th Anniversary
One of Drake's groundbreaking works "So Far Gone" has finally hit streaming services after turning 10 years old. The mixtape is available for free online but hadn't been added to streaming services until this week. Fans have taken to social media to celebrate. After winning "best rap song" Grammy, Drake sent a thanks to every artist who helped him. In a lengthy instagram post Drake writes:

Spotify Killed The Radiostar
Spotify the music industry giant has its sights set on podcasting clawing into its possession companies Gimlet and Anchor for $343m that's not all we also have gotten revealed to us that they will spend another $500m on the acquisition of other podcasting related sites and in the creation of infrastructure revolving around it. What does any of this have to do with Radio will these acquisitions didn't come from out of the blue Apple has long had its time on the podcasting throne with YouTube resulting in a decline in radio now that Spotify is pumping serious money into podcasting at its arguable peak radio will not be taking this very well Its almost certain radio is not dead or dying a rapid death at that but bleeding slowly and has been in this rising podcast wave time will tell if Spotify's crash into the scene will result in a major hit for radio.

Germany Town Fills With 2,762 Smurfs
They came covered in blue paint, donning red and white hats, nearly 3,000 in all. Their goal was simple: To break the world record for the largest group of people dressed as Smurfs. The group Dä Traditionsverein organized the event in Lauchringen, Germany on Saturday near the border with Switzerland. They had strict rules: in order to be counted, participants couldn't show any non-blue skin. They could dress as Papa Smurf — with his trademark red cap and a white beard — or Smurfette, with blonde hair and a white skirt or dress. Normal smurfs were OK, too — but some characters, like the evil wizard Gargamel, were strictly off limits. The group posted on Facebook that 2,762 Smurfs showed up.

HALOS117: Yes the pleasure is mine bro! This is the show all stars are fighting to be invited to.

Hectard: True, so how did you join MPGH?

HALOS117: Basically it was in the year 2014 when I started playing NFS world. It was pay to win and a grind for those wanting to get good cars. Searched NFS world hacks in google. MPGH being the top site, came up top, I joined and downloaded hacks for starters. NFS world got removed/they stopped support. So left MPGH. Last year started with MPGH again for the hacks as well as the marketplace/giveaways XD

HALOS117: Oh make that 2012, I joined in 2012.

Hectard: Wait you mean NFS Most Wanted?

HALOS117: Nah, there was a free to play NFS world once upon a time. It was amazing, just the EA pay to win structure was horrible, it was an online only game.

Hectard: Yea I remember that, why did you name yourself HALOS117?

HALOS117: It happened when I first played Halo. It is the game that I love more than any other out there. I was pretty good at Halo Combat Evolved. Even played for the Indian National level tournaments, but then the Americans came along after that XD got wrecked due to bad net and what not. I tried different names, HALOS depicts something like KRATOS?? I didn't think of KRATOS at that point of time but my idea was of a god sounding "HALOS" and 117 is Master chiefs number. I went with it. Have different names right now like Siddhant_Sky, SiddhantSky, VSKY, HaloMlgPro(Origin) etc. But HALOS117 is what i stuck with

Hectard: Haha nice, what is the bunny squad? When did it all start? When can we expect for the bunny squad to take over MPGH?

HALOS117: So, I had a Halo profile pic. It was fine, but I felt that I was being too much of a fanboy :3. But what happened is that I met @TombMovies and his profile pic is my favorite bunny rabbit (bugs bunny) as mickey mouse was exploited by @Joe. I didn't want to have two bugs bunnies so decided to go with another one. Tomb on the other hand, vouched for be being a good buyer and was like " lead us" I was like O_o!!!! then i found a stripper bunny rabbit (i forgot his username) and we bonded and made an elite squad and called it bunny gang/bunny squad. Its a high demanded squad to be in with. If we vouch for you, you are 100% legit and the best seller for that particular service or as a person. Currently, @Lily, tomb, stripper bunny and i am confirmed bunny squad members. You and Joe would be receiving your invites in the wall soon

We are cute, we are nice and kind and I don't want to discuss it here. Only bunny squad members know what is going to happen. But know, sooner or later, we will take over MPGH.

Everywhere I go on MPGH, @Joe is suggesting amine games, people have weird Asian girls as their profile pics. Its not bad to love a genre. But its bad to be dead weeboo about it. They pose no threat to us as they aren't as adorable, sassy, clever, intelligent as us

They shall be a stepping stone for us to reach MPGH dominance. War is inevitable, but all we gotta do is throw them some anime videos and they wouldn't be seen on MPGH.
