Negative paypal balance

I have paid over 3000 dollars to paypal to compensate for the chargebacks over the ages.. Now I am limited due to using it on my website and i was selling stuff which wasnt approved by paypal so wtv. Now I have 0 incentive to pay the negative balance and right now its hovering around a 1000 dollars and has been for a few weeks. I was getting calls but I told them that as per law they can't 'harass' me so now i have no communication with them. What happens if I dont pay the balance ? Does anyone have any experience with this?

It is possible they send people to your door and collect the debt

If you have any method payments (banks or cards) still linked and you won’t pay, they are allowed to force a payment through to pay off the negative balance. They might also send debt collectors (pretty rare). Unless it’s a stealth, they know a lot about you like phone, name and address

I don't think it will affect you in anyway. Just remove all your details to be safe.

GayPal will send shit to you if you got more than $500 in negative, be careful, they are retards

I had debt collectors come to my door over $300 AUD.
Told them to fuck off as i was 17 at the time and i violated their TOS as i was using it whilst being under 18.

This was many years ago though

I had like a bunch of negative pay pals, like above 30 that were limited, and nothing happened. You'll be fine

I have paid them a lot over the times because i did need their service. But they banned me over dmca complaints so i have 0 incentive. I pre emptively contacted my law professor and college legal dept and they say i have a good case since i forwarded ip logs of the customer, invoices and communication with third party identity lookup corroboration. Add to the fact that their rep once told me that all i d need is an ip proof for protection against chargebacks but oof, thanks guys for the infos

Other than you never being able to use the services with any account info attached to you they will turn it over to a collection agency which you can just ignore.

You can never make another account with ANYTHING with your name on it though. You can however buy a stealth account but again the cards/bank account will have to have a name different from your own.
