Or instead of doing all this stuff
You could go on a healthy diet, workout a few times a day, if not a few times a week. Improve your sleep, take care of yourself, give yourself some special treatments like a wellness visit or a massage once in a while, overall improve the quality of your life and introduce a healthy dose of coffee in your life.
I do not know why anyone would introduce supplements to their life if not for the improvement of performance while they are already doing what I stated above.
Let me say that again: why would you use ANY supplements if your natural body state without the use of supplements is not even near a decent level?
It's like you would eat trash food all day long, ice creams, candy, .. and then finish it off with a salad.
It just makes no sense.
ps yes it is bad for your liver, bad liver automatically means other organs suffer
also the fat burner properties have opposite effects if not done properly and can make you gain more fat
