How do you change the itech texture [MODEL/TEXTURE]

Ok i changed the acog ta1 scope to an itech but i don't know how to change the texture of the itech. I tried renaming/photoshopping the files what control the texture but none of them worked.

Any ideas how to change the texture to a custum one?

And yet I see a fully textured iTech.
