I fully reinstalled steam with an external uninstaller and removed any trace of its existence along with Rust I then used a VPN
and a spoofer that spoofs my computer name, productID, productkey, installation date, systembios, modelID, serialnum, firmware,
disksize, signature, diskguid, physicalmac, currentsmac, systemsmac, partserial, partGUID, symbolic which ive used this spoofer on
other games and I WAS STILL BANNED, I even cleaned my registry with CCleaner and I was still banned. What am I doing wrong? what am I doing wrong?

Can't use the same Steam account
If you are sure that you are banned in Rust by EAC. You have two options:
a) Get a proper spoofer (probably you won't be able to find anything free on the market).
b) Get a new hardware.

As far as i know, theres no public EAC spoofers for now. you wont find anything public
