Refunding questions

Hi guys, Anyone in here have used refunding services in the EU?
Would be very helpful if someone could help answer some of my questions

Is it safe?
Most stores offer so you can send back the item as long as you have not used it. So worst case scenario, If the refunder fails to refund said purchase i could basicly return it and dont ''lose'' anything?

it's safe until you get caught, people do high amount of refunds at the time. You doing a 400 EUR refund wont do shit. And yes if they indeed fail, then you can always return it.
