How to avoid Linked Account Bans?

This isn't for FF, more rather BF4DB. I just got the b& hammer and acc's are cheap so I have no qualms getting a new one. That being said what should I do to ensure that I don't get banned for a linked account, change my IP and what else? I doubt it grabs HWID but I'm not sure as it's the first time I got the hammer in this game.

to avoid bf4db... works for me.... fresh reinstal of windows... when reinstaling windows ,,turn of router or internet at least 4 hours,,,to get new ip...,,,most important thing ,, when make new acount on origin,,dont use similar nickname,,, dont use same gravatar ,, dont use same mail...and turn off gps in computer ,and in batlelog,dont use gps ,turn off everything in origin ,,or sharing in app with origin ,,,
