how would you hack a pc?

I want to hack my bro's pc and hes on same server so i can get all the info i need but can someone tell me how and what i would use to do it?

If you mean, he has a password and you can't get in. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you can boot in safe mode, and remove the password from there.

Google it, and follow the instructions. It should be self explanatory. If you can download an injector and use a hack, you can make this work.
