where can helps me ?
to change the format in to the Standart Format

Did you download Winrar?? If u have it right click the website and then open with Winrar

I'm not sure, but it looks like your antivirus might be detecting the hacks as a virus and stopped them from being extracted. Try disabling all antivirus and see if it works.
