console command help

hey emm im new to console commands. so exactly how do i get the commands to work lol? like i was in a game in windows mode. then i entered this command scr_airdrop_ac130 50 and nothing happind. like nothing droped and no ac130 came. so somone help me out. thanks i will also press it
