when you ask where to find one its actually a bit begging but who cares!
try to find one!if you do not find one,create one!

public VAC blockers might get you banned

Yes as TheUser said, ya can get banned with public ones, and well, private ones are, take a guess, private.

So just do it without , I got banned using one too :P

would someone please close this thread because:

1) We know you aren't begging, but your getting nowhere.

2) 100% of ALL WORKING VAC blockers are private...

I know that I'm new to this fantastic site, but I'm already getting so sick of the amount of posts asking for 'working VAC blockers'. Everyone knows its pointless and just clogs up the forum... Members asking should be auto-banned :-)
