There is an awesome very detailed Picture Tutorial (Picture Step By Step) on how to make this hack work, made by war3zdude92 . I will post a guide here too, but the Picture Tut is better!
Just make sure , before downloading any of the attachments below, that you have the latest version of WinRAR installed. Google is your friend, I won't give you the link
Just open TextureHack184.part1.rar , then extract both the folder and the executable file inside there. It will extract them from all of the three parts, and you're good to go!
