Put your resolution at 640x480.
Sure it fucks up the graphics, but it fixed it for me.

In-game resolution? Or the desktop... or both...
In-game. Desktop is auto-adjusted to the in-game resolution while you're playing and reverts back when you quit.

It has nothing to do with your computer. I built a computer with $3500 worth of parts 3 months ago, and it had weapons lag too. It's not your computer, it's just a glitch.
a glitch, this been happening to me since i started to play wr and stil hasnt been fixed...
