Crossfire damn slow

Ok I got 133 ping and around 55fps but when I join a game or I quit a game or It ends it takes like 30secs or more until Iam back in the lobby its annoying. I cant even play clan war cause in halftime im to slow to join for the second half And sometimes I get errors and d.c without a reason?!_
Is my ping not stable? or is it the update?
I Need some advices I run gamebooster and Ccleaner every week

dnt download anything while playing...

I dont download anything and dont got itunes on forgot to write. It must be my internet connection which is sometimes good and sometimes ends,, I guess
