How to decompile an .exe?

Hi, guys! Can you raccommend me a decompiler for an .exe file? I want to study the reverse engineering and I want to practice on cod mw2. Raccommend me!

1. Go use reflector
2. post in the coding sections, or at least in the friggin Help
3. seriously?

HERE now...don't get into trouble, and don't go crazy... It is illegal to use anyone's work and call it your own..

You are asking for help (for coding) because you obviously don't know how to do it.
Just create the thread in the coding area or the help section.

I I tried to usue reflector but do not disassemble iw4mp.exe .exe, how do I disassemble this file?

Lawl, Not that easy, Kido.

Use IDA Pro for this kind of reverse-engineering, And know what you are doing, Witch I doubt you do, Nobody will take one week to teach you the basis.
