None Hack Works Pls Help!

On my pc none hack works..
can someone help me? i get the next msg:

Use longevity's hack, run every thing as administrator, download .net 3.5 framework

i dont know what language that is so i cant rly troubleshoot

why the msg was in dutch is becouse my pc is dutch not my combat arms.

but the hacks still dont work, i fixed all dll, downloaded framework 3.5.. run everything as administrator..
