edit: i have founded the posible problem the kssn i use one from 83 and i need 91-95

korean r stuuupids or wath a guy born in 83 have to confirm hes account but someone born in 91-95 that is not a major dont have to confirm hes account stoopids koreans

this is all bullshit i have finded many kssn with 91-95 and nothing stucked in same place using a 91-95 kssn
