Is Not the Mod is the CA quality settings i have it in 800x600 it reduce lag but looks a lil bad

POW! agree man, you should take time doing your mods ^^ although this is your 2nd right?
anyways you should re-do this or make a diffrent mod :3
you should try CrossModding! if you don't know how look in my Sig, there is a tutorial there

Well i guess it look a Lil bad cuz i use Paint.net to add and Photoshop to paint...Why cuz if i add something to the DTX file it wont let me save :P

Use the smudge tool then if you don't use photoshop, or get the plugin for it, its what i use

if you add something in photoshop it wont let you save? are you missing the plugins o.O or something / rephrase plz? then i can help you out.

Yes i Have the Plug Ins But i can just save if i dont Add something to it the Save As wont work idk why i press it and nothing happens i posted a Thread but no ona tells me what the problem was

Do not "save as" just do "save"
and wheres your thread so i can reply there...

What he said but if you want to add pictures / other textures go ahead unless if it looks badly copy pasted :3

I'm sorry, but I don't really like it. The quality of the red pasted picture is horrendous. And for the black, use overlay next time. It gives it a much more realistic paint look. Look at my M416 Jungle mod in my sig. I used overlay for it. Doesn't it look better? It honestly looks like just black chams on your gun lol
