I'm new to C++ and I would like to know where I can learn to code hacks?

CS:s
MW2
.etc

Any good source codes, or sites will be appreciated

You can't learn how to make hacks if thats the only reason you want to learn C++ just give up.

Learn C++ For the good feeling that you know something most people don't know. That's my advice.

Making hacks isn't part of the basics of C++. So for now, forget about hacks and think about programming.

learning c++ never teaches you how to make hacks..i would recommend you to cheat engine or mhs first..

I already know how to use cheat engine. Whats MHS?

MHS = an alternative to cheat engine

Learn memory editing first with C++.. its basic and easy..
You can easly make level hacks for Cod or something..
