Getting VIP need help with the hacks

Ok im getting vip but i don't know nothing about the hacks and i just need some help putting the hack on my computer and Combat Arms

Ok i'm mad my mom getting so mad at me none of what they said is working for me i got my VIP and i'm not about to let just 20$ fly away just like that can someone please help me
