well noob, C/P means Copy and Paste, just put a post limit on it, like give it to ppl with 750 posts and up or something

on a serious not just make it like 1k posts and up and then by special circumstances and request only, so like to any one with 1k posts, you could deny someone if you want, and ppl who are known coders or who you trust, and request credits if released
