Where did it come from?

Hey guys, i've been looking at a lot of other free online multiplayer games, and i just wanted to know, how did the First person ever find out about the P Boxes and the GPS addresses (their existance AND how to find them?) Becuase there are a lot of games out there that i would like to have a GPS hack in and i would like to know how to get started on finding it or something simmilar in those games.

uhhh what? Listen if you wanna know how to use cheatengine (which is a program that hacks memory) then go to **************** and download it, and when you run it, it'll ask you if you want to try the tutorial, press YES and then learn it.
