[Release] Night Sky login background

I did my first mod, and I did read the front page on how to release a hack file, for this case, login bg files. but i guess same rules apply throughout.

I took the background pic for deviantar*****m, that's website wonderful if you ever used photoshop. and i take no credits in taking the picture. i just slap it into a .DTX

Please note on my right, ima still a choob. with a post count of 2 at the moment. so i accept all harsh comments.

I like the picture, but you should try making your own background login, maybe something for MPGHian's :3
