So here's the time that Nexon follows for the Pacific time/the first time listed in all Maintenances
Current local time in U.S.A. – California – Los Angeles
With that squared away, the Combat Arms homepage has had a little rehab and improved their site.

According the the underlined material, I believe that mens the upcoming REC rules addition won't be added after this update?
