Health Bar mod?

Hey guys, so I've noticed that in some peoples screen shots, the health bar and AP bar looks different than what it normally looks like. Is that a mod or what?

Do you know what .rez file that is in? So I can extract it and try to make my own?

Im not sure, you'll have to dig it up and dl it and see wat it says or ask someone else

it's called the HUD and you can find all mods by searching for HUD mod

hud files are in UI_HUD_INFO.rez
