Remove ghost breath?

Would it be possible to remove ghost breath, or remove ghost visibility even when running? Just a question

You could probably do that with .rez modding, but its only client-sided, so it only affects what you see and what you hear.

For example, if your running, and you hear no breath and you see that your completely invisible because of your .rez mod, other people won't, because what you do to your computer in the .rez files, only affects your computer.
