Just like my other release, I made a hex edit mod, but this one is for the noobs...
INTRODUCING THE SUPER M16A3
Features (I couldn't get the instant draw on this)
1. Super High RoF (use a No Recoil Hack if you don't want the recoil)
2. No Prefire (When you click the trigger it will instantly shoot instead of waiting a split second, this is good for tap firing)
Inject into GUNS_M_PV_AR.rez
