Someone has a .dll Level-up Hack or knows where I can get one?

You want a file that levels you up automatically ?

If that's possible, than yeah.

that's impossable, because if there is one, like a 1000 people would be level 99.

First of all they probably have to pay for it, what only a few people will do.

What is it power leveling ?

When you get a high level friend to allow you to kill him over and over and over. ( Well thats how it works in Gunz ) .

But the basic method in powerleveling is allowing someone to do the work for you

it worked at me but quest with hacks and bosses work fine to and u get cool stuff like battle axes and that kinda stuff
