[Release] Roll the Dice VERSION 2

- At spawn everyone gets a random number from 1 to 100.
This number represents which advantage / disadvantage you will get.
If these are advantages or disadvantages depends on who is playing it.

- Killstreaks set to PRECISION, STEALTH and EMP
- Everyone has Unlimited Sprint
- Everyone has Sleight of Hand
- Noobtubers are restricted
- Easy to edit script
- Impossible to get the same roll twice in a row
