Steam Cracked DLC

I was wondering. Since i have cracked DLC lying around. Can I use it with Steam? Can i just put it in directory?

I am. the avatar is from a russian cartoon. im mostly american though. i moved from russia when i was 9

nah u cant crack DLC into steam, only way u can play free DLC is to use Vac Chaos by agentgod, which is could result into a ban
