How exactly do you check a key you can only use once?

i cheaked it on the multiplayer. the one i used to install the game is in use and no one can use it.

DON'T TRADE WITH HIM! CD-KEYS ARE BANNED/USED! He's a faker, I'm the cd-key provider. He scammed me, and I gived him 13 banned cd-keys, and now he want to sell them on this great site!. He's a lier, I've still the list, If anyone want to see it I can put it in public if you want. It's a warning, but if you want go for it and get scammed by this faker.
