Well, the attachment is supposed to show an error.
In words:
Run-time error '5':
Invalid procedure call or argument.
Is this happening because of the new patch? Or is it just my computer?

you have to run as administrator

that happens to me if when i run as admin and press enter instead of clicking on yes when it asks permession. So try clicking yes instead of pressing enter

Dunno, turn off ur firewall/anti-virus.

Try a fresh copy of CF.

I also have it when I don't click START but EXIT.
