[MPGH]Derail should no more be MOD?

So I don't know how to do a poll but do you think this guy should be demoted to simple member?
It has been two psots he closes, one I was thinking about staying on it untill the patch, and an other one where somebody was "asking" if servers were online.
Those posts didn't do any harm to anybody he closed them because he was bored.

EDIT: good bye cf mpgh (the none hack-ers, fuck the hack-ers), saying that coz will probably get banned for sucking god knows how much dicks in a row.
