Please Help!!

Hey, my friend (Backripu) recently created a new account (dukedase) because whenever he types in the password sent to his e-mail via the "Forgot Password" thing, it tells him it's wrong, and he tried to do this with his 2nd account (dukedase) to see if it would be differnent and it wasn't. So now he is unable to log in on either accounts to change the password, because neither his custom password (he signed up with) works on duke, or the password e-mailed to him (which doesn't work on either account) he has tried multiple times, and still cannot succed, can someone please respond to this post/send me a pm for a way to help him?

i hope this isnt something simple like cap locks or typo's..
