crossfire error: send error report[SOLVED]

i am having this error.. when i open my crossfire it goes into crossfire ( right before loading) and i get this error. can you guys help me ?

i did the following.

1. reformat my computer

2. disable my antivirus

3. restart computer

4. installed drivers/etc ( its a new computer)

5. checked the requriments for crossfire

6. checked firewall..

please help!!
