i may be one of the reasons this is happening i kinda charged 30 dolla through pay by cash and i dident end up getting as much as i paided for because of the amout paybycash took so i complained (over $3.58) worth of nx stolen and was bluffing to file a lawsuite means to say nexon gave me a 10 dolla card in return lol that may be a reason LOL
