killserver works only if you are host and if you ahve console unlocked (which is bannable), there is no legit way to kill the server (on Steam).

there is a tool to lag ur modem... ive seen people do that in mw2.. but u have to be host to do it.. it will make everyone lag/lose connection

it only lags it for how ever long u want.. its completely harmless..

They lag out people using MW2:SA (Modern Warfare 2 Server Admin Tool). Just google it. I can't say that it's safe to use because on the Steam forum, everyone seems to argue if its legit or not so it's up to you to use it.

Why not alt tap to minimise came bring up windows task manager
end task on modern warfare 2 so it wont migrate host and boom lags out =O
or just unplug your modem
