you have to buy the whole source for the forum and set everything up on your server (space). Learn to transfer files (easy), to arrange items (easy), edit html and php (easy) and work with mySQL (not so easy, but not too hard)

Working with MySQL is a really fucking easy thing to do. Setting it up is easy as well. For someone with no programming knowledge its hard.
