best program for making hacks?

what is the best program for making hacks in wr and a download link for it please if you dont mind?

Welll... VIsual basic 6 is a popular and by far the easiest to use...
C++ is Popular but harder to use than VB6 but stays undetected for longer...
Asm (Assembly) Is by far one of the Best programming languages for Warrock... But you need to have a little expierience in coding C++ and VB6 before you even attempt Asm...
