game play changes on chapter3

i know that we are already on chapter 3 , and some players said that the game play mode changes , i mean the guns are shooting faster and they switch faster too. is that true ? and did you noticed any diference?

it can be true because on chapter 2 i could play without game breaks and now i have to change for a better pc xD because i aint got enough RAM

In other word, they have fixed gun lag.

why is everyone so excited? i reckon the biggest changes are going to be them making it harder to hack, so for people on this forum chapter 3 probably isnt a good thing...
