1. Any staff incorporated users(SPENSAR,MASTASNIP3)
2. If you want to be cool.
3. If you want to ask technical questions(VB,C++) there are smart people in that room.
4. If you have 1000 + Posts, and want to prompt your self from being an unknown noob that hides in the WarRock caves.
How to :
1. Download FireFox.
2. Download chatzilla Add-On.
3. Join the IRC.
